Tyler Coupling welcomes U.S. Representative Mark Alford
April 21, 2025

U.S. Representative Mark Alford (MO-4) and several members of his staff recently visited Tyler Coupling. This was the congressman’s first visit to the facility, which represents the area’s largest employer.
Following an overview of the plant, Rep. Alford enjoyed a tour of the facility before addressing approximately 50 team members to update the group on the ongoing work in D.C. to ensure the long-term viability of American manufacturing and efforts to reduce inferior Chinese imports that lead to unfair competition. The update also provided team members with an opportunity to pose questions directly to the congressman.
“The hardworking men and women at Tyler Coupling take great pride in the products we produce, and being able to showcase that to Rep. Alford was a tremendous experience,” stated General Manager Tom Leonard. “Meeting with constituents whose livelihoods are impacted by the work of the congressman is fundamental to furthering the cause, and we greatly appreciate that Rep. Alford took the time to be with us.”
